Ice cyclone Raider (need some help)

Yo guys I made this build (took it from youtube) and I really appreciate it. The main problem is that I am atrocious in all that thing and don't know how to improve it. I have little knowledge in mechanics of game and need some help. Can someone just watch my POB and tell what can I change in tree and items to increase dmg output and survivability. What will be better for this build ELE dmg or Phys If I have 90% conversion to cold dmg.

Your best bet is to just find and follow a build guide that tells you step by step don't try to wing it when your new to the game.

Dont just take a pob and do that find a post with words explaining why you do something dont just do it and you will learn
