The game is only on the initial loading screen

Good morning, I'm new to the game I downloaded it last Friday, May 21st, 2021, but unfortunately the game is only on the first loading screen right after the name of the company Grinding Gear Games appears, there are 2 gears running infinitely, I downloaded the game for the first time in epic games, as soon as the game opened, it opened a tab on my web for me to register in the game with an epic, I did the procedure and gave an error, I decided to do the same later because I would leave at that moment, later on the same day I went to open the game again and then didn’t open any more guides, it was only on the 2 gears, I’ve tried to download the game via steam and here also the game’s official website, and the same error persists, I’ve already updated my drivers and I already did a PackChek in the game files and the error persists.

Eu também estou na mesma situação, poderiam olhar para esse problemas. Acredito que há outros jogadores principalmente novos com este mesmo problema.
