[3.16] Hollow Palm Cyclone Build | Slayer | Scourge | Path of Exile 3.16
Hey guys, here is the hollow palm cyclone slayer build. In the past I've played hollow palm builds but never tried with cyclone. Hollow palm got nerfed in 3.15 but it's still pretty strong. I managed to get 1771 dexterity at level 95. Also we get %1 Spell Suppress Chance per 15 dex thanks to new Magebane keystone.
Build Cost - Hight Budget: +50 ex What is Hollow Palm Technique? Hollow Palm Technique is a keystone passive skill which makes the player character count as Dual Wielding while Unencumbered. Basically we can't have any weapon, shield or gloves but we gain these stats: - 40% more Attack Speed while you are Unencumbered - 14 to 20 Added Attack Physical Damage per 10 Dexterity while you are Unencumbered Brutal Restraint: Names or numbers don't matter, just look for useful mods such as: - 5% increased Dexterity - +20 to Dexterity Leveling: You can start using hollow palm tecnique at level 12. Start with ground slam and keep playing until like +60 level. Cyclone is not really good for leveling. Leveling gems and trees are in the video. Tried this build, its awesome. Cleared everything I could with it except Maven as the fight seems rather boring to me and the breachlord invitation is hard AF.
Sirus is a joke, you phase everything with 1200+ dex. I have 1450+ dex, selling my whole gear for 40 ex. Message me if you're interested. |

thank you for the amazing build.
For the helmet, i think "nearby enemies take 9% increased physical damage" is the main reason using it. After doing some calculation on PoB. i am testing Devoto's devotion for offensive and Starkonja'shead for defensive, since both of them are cheaper than crafting a helmet, it is ok to be a budget options? Loving this build so far. Do you have a recommendation for annointments on this build?
Thanks in advance :D |

OK, got some stuff on my toon DuelPapi...took it for a couple of test runs...
THIS is what cyclone is supposed to be. Not this CoC crap all around. I am decently equipped, and so far I find Devo to be the best choice with a 15% cyclone attack speed enchant. Almost tanky build with a ton of damage. Love it! Got over 50ex to tweak this toon...let's max it... -Time to be funny. The world needs funny right now! Warning: "Might" get you muted. 25 Exalts...oh God my stupidity stuck! Now onto 25 Divines... Última edição por MourningBlade em 12 de jan de 2022 15:31:31

well, i'll give this build a try. will give devo with 15% cyclone att speed a test run, but will also make an 'nearby enemies take % phys damage' helm, see which is better
|
|
looking forward to which enchant is better
|
|
with cyclone att speed on both helms, i prefer the rare ' nearby enemies take x% increased physical damage'
but i do have a question myself. which pride skill would be better on watcher's eye? increased damage while using pride chance to do double damage while using pride 2 more hits with impale while using pride would be good to know edit : managed to acquire a wildwrap with 4x% increased damage implicit and also a watcher's eye with 12% chance to do double damage / 60% phys damage while using pride so hopefully, that will boost my damage Última edição por Eag1e em 16 de jan de 2022 21:45:57

I'm sure that Eye was not cheap exile...
This one almost broke the bank: Have you used POB to see which helm does more damage? -Time to be funny. The world needs funny right now! Warning: "Might" get you muted.
