Gripped gloves implicit question

So I currently have these gloves for a Standard Ice Shot Deadeye build. My question is about the new Implicits and losing the projectile attack implicit from the gloves as the tradeoff. I see some stats that I think might help the build (Cold Exposure on hit, Intimidate which my build doesn't have) and Eldritch Currency could help me reroll for some better Suffixes. Is it worth getting rid of the Glove implicit to go for these or is the implicit too valuable to remove? My understanding is this is not a reversible decision and I lose the implicit permanently if I apply any of the new implicits. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.
