[3.19] I would like some help with my Lancing Steel Deadeye.

As you can tell by the title I'm having problems with my Lancing Steel build. Just got to lvl 66 to use Beltimber and finally start playing with the build, all gems correct, minus enhance and enlighten, skill tree also correct, pantheon, ascenscion, everything is as it should be, at least thats what I think, but I'm problaby wrong, since Lancing Steel is doing 1.5k dps, with all the buffs, even before lvl 66 with Rain of Arrows I was doing less than 1k dps, and I thought that would change drastically after getting Beltimber and Lancing Steel, since the dps change was not as big as I thought, I'm guessing that I made a mistake early on?

I'm also dying a lot, but that I understand, low/negative resistance.

Its the first time that I get this far in PoE, and this killed my "hype", want to keep playing but want to start a new character. If you tell me what I made wrong I will be happy =).
