Omniscience Lightning Strike Champion[3.19] Help pls

Hi all,
im new to this Omniscience and could some one please explain it to me.

I have 1243 Omniscience however currently my resistance are fire=20%, cold=75% and lighting=20%

As per the crystalised Omniscience onxy amulet states: 1% to all elemental resist per 15 Omniscience. i should be looking at a average of 85% resist however i have about 20%

please help out a noob here. Im at my wits end.

Just making sure you start the resistance count at -60%. It would seem with the fire and Lightning resistances that you have nothing that comes from gear and you only get about 80% from Omniscience?
I have no idea if that's the case and i'm not that great in this game but just trying to help :)
