Hierophant in delve question

Guys i was wonder if such combination will work: Hierophant with conviction of power ascendency equipped with fragment of eternity dagger and with skill CoC Discharge?
Can smth around this be builded and work in tomorrow delve?
Dagger is high crit, from ascendency we have like minimum 5 power and endurance charges to detonate with Discharge and skill to activate CoC prob cyclone?
can this be done and viable?
