Are we getting DLSS or RDNA in POE? Maybe in 2023 or POE 2?

It is FSR, not RDNA. DLSS is very unlikely but FSR could be a thing if GGG wanted to. Though I highly doubt this game would benefit from either tech since in most cases it is limited by your cpu, not gpu.

As an owner of 10 year old PC with very strong CPU for a time I'm very much bottlenecked by GPU. I can't even run game in vulkan or dx12 mode, my GPU just shits the bed instantly and crashes within 2-3 minutes on vulkan and runs like a turtle on dx12 on minimal settings even though it can run fine with dx11 with everything except GI maxed. FSR actually helps me a lot with fps in recent games that support it.

So you are saying your 10 year old hardware can't properly utilize dx12 and Vulkan both of which weren't a thing until early 2013 and 2016 respectively? Shocking.

Spoken like someone that does not run juiced maps with alters. DLSSS or FSR would be very welcome in this game to stop frame dips during large pack spawn ins. Their current dynamic scaling is really poorly implemented and despite your target frame rate being lower than your current it will just turn the screen into a giant smeared mess.
