Dying Constantly Still Looking For Help - Iceshot Voidfletcher

Hi, played a couple hundred hours in the last few months. Loving the game. I've leveled two chars this league, boneshatter slayer 92 and deadeye ranger 93.

Both chars I got to the same wall though further with my deadeye. I can shred alch'd T16 but also I get deleted constantly. The damage seems there but the survival I can't seem to progress in.

I was following this guide and POB though I'm using different rings and some other pieces are a little different/obviously not as good.

Today I got very lucky and got two freak seven year div cards in <10 maps and I want to spend them wisely. Where am I going wrong here?

I know one problem is my suppress isn't capped and I have played around with atziri boots but then my resists are like tanked trying to juggle everything around. All my res are capped, with aura about 18k evasion ~70%evade chance 61%suppres chance. I could replace my boots and helmet to get alot more but honestly I really want to keep the helm because it makes playing this build more fun and easier.

My resists show 74/76/75/23 IG so I'm not sure why it's off on the POB

edit: Most likely b/c I didn't change bandit selection
