[PS4] picking up gems often wants to insert them instead

I press triangle to pick up a gem in my inventory and it goes into insertion mode instead. Can't reliably reproduce but it happens often. After it happens it works normally for that inventory handling session.
I suspect a cached button entry so it interprets my triangle for an X instead if that was the last button before that.

edit: This has been an issue for a lot of leagues, maybe forever.

I think it's only after unsocketing a gem.
-In the video I unsocket the gem with Square.
-I then press Circle to Cancel socket editing.
-then press Triangle to try and pick it up but it goes into socketing mode again as if I pressed X.
-I then press Circle to abort/store it instead.
-Then I press Triangle on it again and it picks it up as it should.

Just did that again with a different gem in game. And it actually is repeatable when I put the gem back into it's socket. And it happens with Stash open or not. So it should be pretty common and I would have expected more reports about it.

This bug is still happening btw. On both PS4 and PS5 client, which seems logical.
