Pathfinder Impending Doom - help :(

i am currently playing an impending doom pathfinder based on this build:

Can someone tell me how he is able to cast malevolence through divine blessing without using eldritch battery?

i have: - 25 % mana costs of skills on the flask, 2 rings with -7 mana costs, 1 amu with -7. i also use a divergent divine blessing and a divergent inspiration. my mana costs are still around 160 when the flask is active. i don't have the anomalous increased duration and the small cluster jewel with alechemist's genius. but i can't imagine that these to items will drop the mana costs to ~ 50? what am i missing?

You need an anomalous increased duration as well along with both rings and amulet with -7 mana non channel.

Hope that helps. Basically at the end both your temp chain and malev will cost 0 mana.
