How I can improve it? As I understand, I need more HP and HP regen? And too much ES I guess...

First thing: jewels are power - use Darkness Enthroned abyss belt - it'll break ur resistances a bit but thats tones of damage.
Jewels you are looking for are mostly with these stats:
1) Minions deal x to y additional fire damage
2) Minions deal x% increased damage if you've used minion skill recently

Second thing are the spectres. Level 21/20 raise spectre gem, or just buy one, try to eventually get +2 convoking wand and +2 helmet (+2 to all minion skill gems) and annoint death attunment so you can get 4 spectres.

My build is obviously not ideal, but Im getting there slowly :)
