[3.24] Toxic Rain Build (League Starter) | Deadeye | Necropolis | Path of Exile 3.24

Hey guys, toxic rain deadeye league starter build is here. Toxic Rain has been always a reliable option when it comes to a fresh start.
Using Quill Rain to maximize attack speed.
Toxic Rain is a bow attack skill where the user fires multiple arrows in the air, which land and drop spore pods, dealing chaos damage over time and slowing enemy movement speed for their duration.

Build Cost
- Low Budget

Why Deadeye?
- I wanted to try Occupying Force with Toxic Rain.
- I've already played with trickster and raider so I didn't wanna use those ascendancies again.
- If you didn't like the deadeye version you can check other versions:

Raider Version: https://youtu.be/Ct6HAs1dybU

Trickster Version: https://youtu.be/f3J8PEfqZvo

Poacher's Mark:
- Since we are deadeye I wanted use a mark and Poacher's Mark is the only one we can benefit. It gives life/mana sustain and frenzy charge on hit. If you are not going for deadeye you don't need to use a mark.

Mana:
- Non-Channelling Skills have # to Total Mana Cost mod on rings and amulet
- #% reduced Mana Cost of Attacks (Helmet implicit)

Optimal Single Target Setup: (According to Wiki https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Toxic_Rain )
Due to area of effect breakpoints, optimal single target damage can be achieved by increasing your AoE at least 37%, but not more than 43%.
- 20% increased Area of Effect (Bow Mastery)
- 9/10% AoE mod on gloves/helmet.

Upgrades:
- Empower instead of Damage on Full Life
- Watcher's Eye with "#% to Damage over Time Multiplier while affected by Malevolence" mod.
- Awakened Gems (Void Manipulation, Vicious Projectiles)
- Cluster Jewels:
Large: Unholy Grace, Unwaveringly Evil, Wicked Pall
Medium: Brewed for Potency, Wicked Pall

Leveling: Leveling gems and trees are in the video.

Leveling Uniques: (If it's not your first character)
- Quill Rain
- Hyrri's Bite
- Tabula Rasa
- Le Heup of All
- Karui Ward
- Praxis
- Seven-League Step
- Goldrim
- Lochtonial Caress
- Belt of the Deceiver

absolutely not optimized (i fished in my stash for gear up char)
look good build but little squishy with endgame bosses
btw is a league starter so i think is enough for famr some curr to switch to another build, gj!!!
Wouldn't you be better with Wilma's Requital and 20% quality on the gem to get the AoE instead of 2 crafts? You would just need it on the gloves that way.

Ancestral Bonds = No damage from anything but totems

So, Blight + Despair is selfcast?
how do i get cost reduction on my rings & amulet
"how do i get cost reduction on my rings & amulet"

They need to drop from Eleron, unveil rings/amulets he drops and there's a chance for the mod
Does the dot damage while using two handed weapon really work ?
Do you know what's the link between AOE and number of pods ?

I'm asking because I would like to know what's the benefit from increased 20% AOE to 39% which seems to be the right spot for toxic rain.

I've seen that you can specify the pods number in POB and thus wanted to have a decent dps simulation.
