LATENCIA SOBE E DESSE IGUAL MONTANHA RUSSA

Estou com um problema que nunca tive, minha latência fica estável as vezes no HO e entro no mapa começa a subir e descer... impossível jogar assim. alguém já viu esse problema e resolveu?
