Can't take any quest from Kirak, is it normal ?

Everything in the title.

I created new char and finished story and begun maps.
Since few days, I can't take any quest from Commander Kirac.

Usually, there is a bunch of quests which reset every day but not here.
I see the Icon and "Atlas Mission" from the contextual table when I interact with him but when I click on, the table just shut off and I get nothing, is it normal ?

You don't get free daily missions anymore
So it sounds like you just don't have any Kirac missions
