Help with this build please (Sampoool)

Can someone please help me with this build, I just keep dying with 1 hit.

So I know the chaos resistance is low but i will make it to 75% soon. but the issue am facing is with non chaos damages. like everything almost 1 hit me. doing t15+ maps is almost impossible.
