PS5 - Passive Skill Tree Jewels

Can't seem to remove or pick up cluster jewels if they are on an unallocated node (Like if your tree is refunded automatically) on your skill tree. Cant test if you can remove them on an allocated node due to the other bug where you cannot refund skill points atm.
