Fetid Pool uncompleteable

II've tried 4 times completing the quest the fetid pool. Everytime at least one monster left. Tried it with league mechanic and without. Triple checked the whole area in all attemps. Pretty sure it's a bug.

Same here. Tried several times. Mining zone spawns on top of mobs already there or each of the nodes you need to destroy are inside the center rock and the mobs spawn inside of it, all spawning on top of each other, within that center rock. No matter how many times I’ve tried it’s either one or the other issue… Xbox series x.
