RUNE TABLE won't Upgrade, despite having runes-Xbox series X

It says that 1 run and 445 gold is needed to upgrade the rune table from lvl 1 to lvl2, but even though I have 2 runs and gold, It says I don't have any runes. Is their a specific way that I am missing to do this?
