[Ps5] Ultimatum freezing in act 7

In act 7, on my way to the temple to fight the boss of act 7, I ran into an ultimatum. Went to run it, after about 10 seconds in to the forst round, my entire game froze and I had to force close the game. When I reloaded into the same zone after walking back, immediately upon entering zone I was frozen, but this time I couldn't move but could use the options button to bring up the logout menu. So logged out and restarted zone. This has happened every time I've tried to do ultimatum mechanic.
