Game froze/crashed on every previous league encounter.

HCSSF, went into harvest for the first time, crashed/froze and died. went into an ultimatum encounter in act 7, crashed/froze and died again. i even hurried up and unplugged my ps5 cus i couldnt close the application. i dont understand how you guys can let things like this still exist. penalized for bad game optimization.
