Insta crashed and lost my boss map

I was doing a conqueror map in a t16 when i opened a box insta crashed to the main manu of the game and when i relogged in i had no map nor portals active.
Cant say what it was that made me crash, but in case you need info im playing a glad so plenty of bleed pops happening.

Forgot to mention, all the loot i got in the map was gone aswell... Mostly a couple of rares but still annoying
