[3.25] Veteran Noob needs help with build

Hello dear reader,

I play POE for a long time, but iam on and off and i never seriously went into the endgame. I wanted to give it another try this season, however i struggle to find the right skills to deal damage.

I wanted to build something that is tanky and still deals decent damage.
My initial idea was to increase block and use tempest shield and retaliation skills + another skill i haven't thought about.
I tried retaliation skills and i'm not a big fan of it. I think they could work as support, but i don't think i could spare the talent tree points.

The tankyness is really good at the moment, but i only tried some lower tier maps, since i simply lack the damage and fights will take forever.

First i tried arc + supports, then i switched to lighning tendrils, but i didn't like that i wasn't very mobile.

So i switched to mjölner to add shock (in addition to tempest shield) and cyclone as main setup.

I can pretty much facetank everything (at least at the level 1-10 maps i tried), but it takes forever to kill rares and uniques, and even magic monsters are sometimes a slow progress.

Maybe someone has an idea what i could try out. Should i stick with cyclone or is there a better option?
Also, i know my tree is somewhat messy, but i reallocated quite often and didn't want to "optimize" anything before i wasn't sure what i should go for.
By the way, i went for lightning damage because i had Doryani's Prototype from a previous character i didn't like and it's the only good 6-link i own.
Iam pretty poor atm, but hopefully a better build will change that.

EDIT: I just realized that Shield Crush doesn't work with Cyclone because it's an attack. I can't believe i ran tier 11 maps with this. However, now i still don't know what to use, any suggestions would be nice.

Forget all those click-bait cyclone builds etc.

Once I tried one of those degenarated builds.

It was from Youtube channel called "PoeBuilds "

The build was called "Super Cyclone", and I can now say that in reality it was "SuperCrap" ! XD
