Suggestion to GGG about the known issues thread

It seems like lots of people are missing this thread https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1974787 This thread gets updated all the time but it's not noticeable until it's clicked on. From the outside, it says last posted by Rachel Sep 27, 2021, 3:32:49 AM but Jeff_GGG updates it all the time. The thread says "Please Check Before Posting" but the timestamp from the outside makes it seem outdated. GGG may want to make the thread seem more relevant by updating time it was edited.
