Game is unplayable since a couple of days (PS5)

Whenever i try to play, i get weird connection issues that freeze my game for a couple of seconds and kick me back to the main menu.
This happens so frequently, that i cant play the game at all.
When i get booted to the main menu, there is a log message that reads something like: "Unexpected connection error"
