Graveyard Boss Immortal?

Just ran a lvl 5 graveyard. everything dead an finished, deleted boss in about a second, but he is still alive. Zero hp, left and came back, still alive wont die, switched to all damage skills, nope, let him kill me, nope. skele lighting boss will not die no matter what.... thanks
