Quest Item didn't drop and campaign is bricked POE2

The quest a theft of ivory in act 2 where the boss drops mastodon tusks is the quest, The item did not drop and I cannot progress it now. I've reloaded the area and fought the boss multiple times again and nothing drops, please help, thanks

Same here. Reloaded multiple times and the tusks never drop. Can't progress in the campaign.

Yeah, this is a blocker. Just because of this one I started to play with another character. I hope that will not happen to new one.
