Respec Venom Draught in Act 3?

Does anyone know if there is a way to repick the potion given to you in A3 for the side quest venom draught?

i am soo tilted, i didnt choose mana regen. (the act 2 venom draught)

" Actually same problem lmao, suddenly the mana spike really got out of hand and huge regrets. Not going to bother leveling a whole character for it though, more likely to just play a bit more and reroll something else entirely. just a scrub. Is this essentially a nerf to sorcerer? I chose this reward, does it make it harder to freeze?

My question is will clarity be enough to overcome the mana problems from mistakenly not taking mana regeneration from the vial.
