Improper purchase

I just sent an email with the title of : Improper purchase where I informed that I had bought an item by mistake and wanted a refund. I want to request a refund for the two purchases I made on my account. I'm new to the world of POE and I thought that any item I bought from the site's store would go to PoE2 and unfortunately I've noticed now that it won't. Could you make these 2 refunds so I can spend on Poe2?
