Earning Passage -> The Trial of Corruption quest status

After defeating , I created a portal to the hub, and spoke to Zarka. After doing so, no quest appears on the right of the screen. What the game is expecting you to do here is notice that the path to has opened and proceed there. However, right after speaking with Zarka, I quit the game for the night. The next day, I logged in, and it placed me at the checkpoint of the boss with a portal to the hub. I went back to Act 1 to complete a sidequest, and after returning back to Act 2, I was a bit lost at where I was supposed to go until I found that opened path. I feel like this could be improved by ensuring an active quest description remains on screen when in Act 2 after speaking with Zarka.

Same bug here. How did you solve it?
