BUG: I am unable to travel to the Trial of the Sekhemas

I initially missed Balbala in the Traitor's Passage and went straight to the next map. When I found out I missed her in the map I went back eventually. After beating Balbala I got the coin, but I could not teleport using the Desert Map to the Trial of the Sekhemas. The button is greyed out. I went ahead and did all the other missions in Act 2 and eventually beat Jamanra. Now I'm about to go to Act 3 and I still haven't managed to ascend. Help!!

same issue here. trial is just gone from map, cant see it at all. i have the item in my inventory

Having the same issue. I finished the full act 2 and cannot get my ascendancy.
Hopefully they fix this soon I really don't want to start a new character.

I can press the "below ground" to see it but its greyed out. There is no way of unlocking it. I tried killing the boss again and redoing everything up to the sandstorm.

same here, i came back at lvl29 after realizing i had missed this, after completing almost all of act 2. once i got the coin, and while standing in Balbala's lair i had the quest in my quest log to the right side of the screen. after porting out to the caravan, the trial location doesn't appear on the top-side map, but does show on the underground map, but i can't access it.

Well same issue here, i have token, beat the dude but the button is grayed out when i travel here. This is my 5th character already, no issues before, cant even travel there on this character.
