Poe1 account is linked to ps5. Hell even my transaction history shows all my purchases. Where's my keys for my buddies? That's why I bought the packs. They cost the same, wheres my stuff? Oh you don't have it? Then I want it's god damn weight in value. Whether it was a ridiculous mistake on GGG's end or not (it wasn't clear there's no excuse) I want what thousands of us don't have and have not OFFICIALLY AND CLEARLY had answered.
