[PoE2] Immaterial's conditional 50% increase to ER not working

Level 30 Monk in Act 2, name MalevolentWonder

Immaterial: 50% increased Evasion Rating if Energy Shield Recharge has started in the past 2 seconds; 30% increased Evasion Rating while you have Energy Shield

Other noteworthy skill is High Alert (50% increased Evasion Rating when on Full Life), and testing was done with Ghost Dance spirit buff active

I just picked up the Immaterial skill point and started testing it by taking damage. It seems there is no evasion difference before, during, or after the ES regen window itself. The other bonus (30% increased ER while you have ES) does appear to work, as does the effect of High Alert.

I am also experiencing the same issue.

The 30% increased evasion while you have ES is working.

The 50% increased evasion if ES recharge began within the last 2 seconds is not working.

Same. 30% working. No 50% increase after Energy starts recharging.

So this is still not fixed yet?

Yup can confirm still not working, just tested it on my pathfinder
