ps5 public party list empty. PoE 2

Hello.
Yesterday morning I was playing and everything was fine now I am stuck in act 2 on a boss and created a party over an hour no one joined. I then looked at the public party list and it was totally empty. I restarted my ps5 everything. Today is a new day still the same issue not one single public party in the list. Is this a bug? Seen the same bug here, same place on 2 characters, act 2 cruel, PS5 Singapore server.

I have two computers, one has groups, the other is empty. How can I fix this?!
