Temple of Kopec 1st floor generated without stairs/blocked by walls

-The first time I went into the temple of Kopec with the triangle layout, I was unable to find any exit/stairs towards the 2nd floor.
-Only discovered there is supposed to be a stair exit via Youtube
-I checked all 3 ends of the triangle and there is no exit, however, one of the pointy end was barricaded off by walls which I was unable to access
-I had to reset the zone to had to generated.
-Pretty sure this is not meant to be the player experience

Just had this same bug! one of the corners is walled off looks to have entries but they are the splits in wall that are filled with pots or debris. Guess i'll try again tomorrow

I've reset the zone about two times now, but the layout is still broken.

+1, I've created 4 instances in a row. No luck so far...
