SeriesX game/console crash in 5 to 15 seconds while in town

Series X, act2 platform crashing game as soon as it hit 5 to 10 second mark. If i manage to get out of platform, all fine, but as soon i need to return to sell stuff, bank it, game crashes/console shuts down. In act 1 maby i got a few crashes, but not like this...unable to play so sadly ill need to refund.

So tell me please, will you fix it soon, cos if i cant enjoy game properly, those 50euro ill spend on anything else.

Never crashed or lag spiked in last descendan, d4 or cyberpunk2077.

Edit, cos when i wrote this(copied from other thread) i crashed inly in act 2, so i started new char and it crashes the same on act 1 as soon as i get in to town.

I removed everythibg that would heat up console, cleaned it again, reinstalled game and nothibg helped. Its not a console as more demanding games work flawlessly on seriesX.
