Tempest Bell Increased Knockback More AoE not working

Reporting an issue/bug where no matter what knockback skill you hit tempest bell with or the magnitude of the knockback hitting the bell the AoE of Tempest Bell doesn't change.

I have Tested this with a majority of skills in the game and even the support knockback gem on skills.

When Tempest bell is hit by a skill with knockback Tempest Bell is supposed to get 30% more AoE for each 0.1 meters of knockback it was hit by. Currently this is not working.

I am having the same issue.
Tried out a good load of spells that have inherent knockback or with knockback support gem.

The Shockwave Area never increases

this is fixed for now?
