PS5 still crashing

The game has been unplayable for more than 2 days. I’m crashing within 1 minutes of gameplay. The support team has been unresponsive. I even logged in from multiple PlayStations to ensure it wasn’t just an issue with my system. Help.

PS4 too. Can't even run for waypoint or do maps

Started late this league and game is freezing in every map in act 1.

infuriatingly irritating freezes, not a fix in sight, really quite stupid, game was fine before patch
