Less coins in upgrade

I received all the items from the upgrade, but the problem is related to the amount of coins I should have received. I was using the Standard version in which I had earned 300 coins, I upgraded to the "Lord of Ogham" version in which it indicates the gain of 600 coins, but when I received it, I only received 200 instead of 300 to offset the difference from the previous pack. It doesn't make sense for me to invest up to this upgrade to receive 100 coins less.

I have already contacted support via email and private message and have not received any feedback regarding my issue.

Disappointed with the game support, no feedback on any communication channel. I will never put coins or make any transactions within the game again.
