Cannot add quality to Poisonous Concoction.

When you press "Alt" and hover over poisonous concoction it says you can add quality to make it deal damage faster with poisons. But there seems to be no way right now to add quality to the skill.

+1, tried adding quality to the gem and since it is coming straight from the tree it's probably bugged and not recognizing it as a 'skill gem'

I think mana flask quality affects it. I've noticed the damage change when putting quality on my flask.
