[POE2] BUG - ACT 3 Cruel Mechanism Failure - Jiquani Map

In ACT 3 Cruel, I'm at the beginning of the Jiquani Map and I need to place a "Small Soul Core" stone on the altar to open a door to continue the progression, and it won't!!
I even made a video showing that even though I have the Core stone in the inventory, the character doesn't do the animation of placing this Core stone on the altar. I'm stuck and I want to continue to get to the END GAME! file:///E:/Cahu%C3%A3/Steam%20-%20Prints%20e%20V%C3%ADdeos/video/Captures/Path%20of%20Exile%202%202024-12-21%2010-50-49.mp4 -----No ATO 3 Cruel, estou no início do Mapa Jiquani e preciso colocar uma pedra "Núcleo D'Alma Pequeno" no altar para abrir uma porta pra continuar a progressão, e não vai!! Eu até fiz um vídeo mostrando que mesmo tendo a pedra Núcleo no inventário, o personagem não faz a animação de colocar essa pedra Núcleo no altar.
