Map device not working after dying in HC

I died in HC, now map device is not working on my character. It says I have a quest called The Mad Wolf of Ogham.
Tells me to travel east.

Cant finish the quest too. Please help, my character is currently useless and I cant play.

I am also experiencing this, any update?

Please help staff, I have the same problem. Been trying to troubleshoot for 2 hours+. Lvl 87 ranger just died on HC. Now I'm standard I don't have a reforge bench and I can't interact with map device :(

I have this same problem as well. Have tried everything, different servers, new instances, hideout and ziggurat map device. Nothing works, can't click the map device at all.

Any updates? Same issue.

how is this not addressed yet after bug fix patch

Your progress is in hardcore league, but you have no progress in standard league. You need to get through the campaign in standard too. Not a bug.

So, if someone comes here and finda himself in this predicament I was kind of able to fix situation for me.

With your died character

1) Go to act 1 and do the quest to find renlys tools, map has yellow exclamation mark. Return the tools and you will get crafting bench.

2) Travel to act 2 with talking to the hooded one


3) Go to some random waypoint in act 2 then go to trial of sekhemas and touch the altar. This will give you the relics store and notification of it.

4) Go to hideout. Now you should recieve notification of having tier 1 quest for maps and you can use map device

Havent yet got the reforging bench and the atlass progress will be reset, but atleast you can continue.
