Spirit Bug, can't play character

I just ascended by witch and as soon as I ascended I no no longer have the spirit for any of my skills. I should have 177 spirit but I am unable to summon any minions. I have restarted, logged out, and removed gems and added them in different combinations but nothing has worked. This has made my witch unplayable at the current time.
