Firestorm doesn't trigger Elemental Storm on critical

Hi,

As the title says, I tested with Mana Flare support and it triggered it on crit fine, and Elemental Storm triggers fine with other spells. The issue seems to be specific to using those 2 skills.

Never mind, probably my bad..

No matter how much I tested earlier, it simply didn't trigger in low level area (Vastiri Outskirts in act 2).
After investing 3 passive points for 45% increased critical hit chance and playing in area more my level (Apex of Filth in act 3), it does seem to trigger..

Let me know if I should delete the post and how.

Kinda late to this but I have the same problem. Not sure I understand how you fixed it
