Stomping Ground appears to be broken

This was tested by a strength stacking titan guildmate of mine, and myself as a str stacking Mercenary. Both of us have 900+ str.

It seems to be that this support - I was using Gathering Storm, Quarterstaff skill (two steps at the start, one step after the dash) and he used the warrior charge skill - does not scale with ANY increases besides strength. He has multiple Physical damage nodes, %global phys modifiers and so on because he's scaling the Corrupting Cry support. My build is primarily scaling Lightning damage with Wild Storm and Lightning Rod. Our hits from Stomping Ground dealt basically the same damage, and it was incredibly negligible.

Please make Phys multipliers and supports work for this gem asap, it's a really neat little gem that just doesn't work right now.

I noticed this on shield charge. The damage from the shockwaves barely hit for 1% of enemies hp. Its easy to test too, just get into melee range, then charge away and look at how much damage you did.

Is this still the case? I know they upped the damage from STR, but do the Attack, Area, and Physical nodes work now?
