Ignagduk, The Bog Witch shows as active (not completed) on the map

Ignagduk, The Bog Witch quest icon shows as active (not grayed out) for me on the map on cruel. The quest shows as complete.

I did not kill her on normal (did not even enter the zone) before I killed her on cruel. I went back and did that. Then killed her again on cruel but the map icon is still not grayed out.

Same (PC). Just killed her for 3rd time in cruel mode and did the thing in the middle of the map with the 5 burning poles, still unclaimed on map.

Same here and the green item for the 100 spirit hasn't dropped either.
