Guiding Palm not granting the life regeneration it should be

59% guiding palm with 1050 life regen only granting 300~ life per second to allies

seems to be not properly working with titans Hulking Form ascendancy

I agree, there is something wonky going on with the hp regen, it would be very simple if it was just whatever the users Hp regen is and halving it and giving it to allies, instead we have some weird formula being used and giving us heavily diminished returns. I hope they fix this ;-;
