Bug Report ID: #563391811 wildly flickering asset after opening strongbox in sandspit

Had it happen twice in sandspit, not sure if present in other layouts. Or maybe it's specific to a monster that spawned through the strongbox.

Have it on some maps when opening strongboxes. Cloud of smoke or something.
Feels like it can trigger epilepsy. Stobing lights and big artifacts.
But if I move away a bit it stops, and goes back to the opned strongbox it starts again.

Hi! This bug is still persistent but I found some more details!
One version of this bug is caused by a wildly flickering quiver. Screenshots included!

I have concluded that the enemy that drops this quiver model on the floor is the bow version of risen rattler.

(The wild fps plots are from having a lower fps cap when poe is not in focus btw)
