Game bought and activated, but acces got removed

Hello,


I bought the game 12 days ago, worked perfectly fine, enabled the access on steam too by redeeming the key on the official webiste.

I bought the game on Instant Gaming and game worked perfectly fine, went level 10.

But now when I try to log in it tells me that I don't own the acces to PO2 and same on the official website now...

I tried to redeem the key again but it tells me that the key is invalid..

I don't really know what to do, so if anyone has an idea I would love it..
