Hideout Editing Tooltip blocks XP bar on controller only

Hi guys,
when you go to your hideout on controller. The "Edit hideout" press down on L stick always covers the XP bar when you visit your hideout. If you pause and un-pause the game this menu disappears. Please either move the edit prompt or make it smaller somehow as it completely obscures the XP bar.
